Midterms!!

I would say I'm not yet satisfied with my fitness level as well as my effort in p.e. I feel like I could do a lot better inside and outside of class. What I do think I'm doing well on is encouraging others, and participating during fitness/choice.
Outside of class, I don't do much physical activity. I do walk a lot, I walk everyday to and from school, and I often walk to my friends houses. To improve my health/fitness level, I need to spend less time on the computer, and more time outside doing real physical activity. I also need to eat healthier, and eat breakfast in the morning.

On some fitness events that require running, I feel like I do really well. On other activities that requires body strength, I have a harder time keeping up. I feel like I do well on the pond run, and the 30 minute run. Insanity is much more difficult, but I still try to do the activity, or change it in a way thats easier for me. I surround my self with positive people and we take turns encouraging each other, to keep on trying. During choice days, I always help set up the equipment. I also always have my gymstrip, except for when I forget to bring my shoes. It's sometimes a lot harder to do activities, especially when it's fitness. I need to remember to bring the right shoes, and be changed in time for class.

Overall, I feel like I can do a lot better, and I need to work harder towards a better health. I think I deserve a B.

  1. That seemed to be an honest, open minded self reflection. You mention about being able to do a lot better in a number of areas so perhaps a plan you can implement for the second half of the semester and beyond when you don't have any Physical Education classes to get your activity in.

I'd like to see create something on this blog that could help you feel genuinely good about your health and lifestyle.

It's good that what you seem to take some initiative when not motivated for activity that you at least try to contribute to the class dynamic by helping out.
